1. Very Pleased.
I received this laptop as a gift. I have had it a short while, and am extremely pleased with it. it came with 4 gb. memory which was sufficient, but I maxed it out with 8gb. memory. It is everything I wanted in a laptop. Battery is excellent. Getting over 4 hours surfing web and email. No problems so far. Price is really worth what you get. I Love this laptop hope you do too. :-)

2. annoying problems
i bought this computer last june (2012) and within 6 months the internet would not connect anywhere I went. the battery doesn't last more than 2 1/2 hours and the out side scratches and dents easily.

otherwise very happy with the rest of the performance!
