1. Great Price Great Product
I bought this laptop for my wife's Christmas present on the day after Black Friday from Fry's online. The price was $299.00 and the laptop is built solidly. It seems plenty quick to me and when I offered to upgrade to 8GB ram from the 3GB it came with, my wife said not to bother (even though it is less than $30.00 for the ram.) We have not noticed any delay in using the mouse cursor as reported in another review here. We are extremely happy with this laptop although it is still very new and hasn't stood the test of time yet.

The touch-pad should be placed in the center of the laptop, but it seems to be placed a little to the left of center. I think this is a major pro for left handed people?

can support 16gb ram
This laptop can support 16gb ram. I got it from frys and upgrade 8gb few month ago and now upgrade to 16gb. It is not easy at first to upgrade memory because you have to open a lot of screw. Pay attention to the audio jack. When open, push the cover down a little at audio jack. when close, make sure audio jack in first and push up a little at audio jack.
