This Laptops give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Nice Laptop came with bad Blu Ray drive now with Win 7 Pro x64
Beach Audio sent bought from Amazon. Nice laptop but Blu Ray drive bad right out of the box. No fault of Amazon or Beach Audio. I contacted Toshiba support talked to Mike and a nice tech Luigi. Luigi said either depot or authorized repair center. I picked DSR computer technology Specialists in Hanover, Md. They replaced the drive in two days ready to downgrade to Windows 7 Pro x64.

I found most of the drivers on Toshiba Europe website. There is a couple on Windows update and I had the Realtek card reader so I found that driver on the Realtek website now I am running Windows 7 Pro on the laptop. No problems.

2. The bad: Windows 8
The thing is no one want windows 8 !!! Windows 8 is a flop and other customers like myself are holding off on new PC purchases until a better operating system comes available. Windows 8.1 is NOT what we were wanting. Other PC manufactures are reluctant to release the new Intel 4Gen processors at the current because Windows 8 is KILLING PC sales even worse than Vista did. It is reported that Vista had sales of more than 3% over Windows 8 at this same time after their release. I want the new Intel chips too but not at the expense of being forced to have Windows 8 to poke at with my fingers.
